Refund/Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit/payment.

Holiday & Festival Periods: Reservations during holidays, festivals, and special events require 30 days advance notice for cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit/payment.

Holiday & Festival Periods Include:

  • Carnaval (February/March)

  • Semana Santa/Holy Week (March/April)

  • Panama Independence Days (November)

  • Christmas & New Year (December 20 - January 5)

  • Other local festivals as specified at time of booking

Guests are responsible for understanding the cancellation terms applicable to their reservation dates at the time of booking.
